Tara has given lecture/demonstrations and workshops at institutions including:

- Berkowitz School, Chelsea
- Bay Farm Montessori School, Duxbury
- Solomon Schechter School, Needham
- Glenhome School, Washington, CT
- Watertown Public Library
- Holy Cross College, Worcester
- Orchard Cove (retirement community), Canton
Programs are modified according to age level and contain different content for each age group. Younger children receive a very basic introduction to dance and storytelling, while older children and adults learn more sophisticated material.
Taal Tales is recommended for small groups up to 200, but can be performed for larger audiences. Tara has given lecture/demonstrations throughout New England in museums, retirement communities, libraries, public schools, alternative schools, religious schools and schools for students with special needs.
Block booking at discounted rates is available for towns booking 5 or more programs.
